A "stuck" crypto withdrawal usually means it's in staff review, the chain is congested, or the destination address has a memo/tag requirement that wasn't set. Run through the checklist; reach support if unresolved after 24 hours.
Step-by-step
Check the withdrawal status in your account history. "Pending review" means staff need to approve; "Sending" means it's in the chain queue.
For "Sending" status: look up the TX hash on the blockchain explorer for that chain. Confirmation time varies (10min BTC, 30s SOL, 5min ETH L2).
For exchange destinations: confirm whether the destination requires a memo / destination tag (XRP, XLM, TON, sometimes EOS). Missing memo = funds credit to the exchange's general pool rather than your account.
If status is "Failed": balance returns to your account automatically. Read the failure reason in the history entry and retry.
After 24 hours of "Pending review" with no update, open a support ticket with your withdrawal ID.
Staff review has not finished yet. Common checks include amount, account standing, wagering status, destination format, prior withdrawal destinations, and geographic anomaly.
